Are you a mobile business?

We sure are! There are also a range of different places where the consultations can take place - The ball is completely in your court! In the home, at a play centre, at the local park, educational facilities ... Your choice!

How long are your appointments?

Appointment times vary depend on the service, please contact us for more information!

 

Do you have a waitlist?

Things change regularly so please contact us to discuss any waitlists that we may have, and potential waiting times. 

Can you come to schools, kindergartens & childcare centres?

Of course we can! We can pretty much go anywhere. When it comes to schools, just make sure its okay with your school first!. 

 

What happens when my child turns 18?

We are a paediatric service which means that once your child turns 18 we will work with you to find an appropriate practitioner.  We will continue to work with your child until we have found the best fit for your child.

 

What happens if my child isn't feeling up to exercise?

We get it! Cancer treatment is rough and it can make children really REALLY unwell. There are a few options we can consider. Of course if you feel like it is best, we are happy to reschedule, or we can even come up with a plan to do some light stretching or bed based play. 

 

What areas do you service?

If you reside in following councils - Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton & Wyndham city - travel fees are excluded.  If you do happen to reside outside of these areas, this will incur a travel fee. 

 

I cannot find a suitable time on your online booking system, help!

Contact us!! If you can't find something that suits, we might have times available that aren't shown on the booking system. 

What if my child or someone at home isn't well?

If you, your child or anyone else at home is feeling unwell please contact us so we can come up with the best plan for the upcoming appointment. 

 

How much does a consultation cost?

Please contact us for the current fee schedule as we can discuss any funding you may have and if there will be any out of pocket costs. 

 

What are the payment options?

There are a two options:

1. Via a link sent to your phone (for select services).

2. Bank transfer

If neither option works for you, please let us know so we can work something out!

 

Do you travel interstate?

We do! We can travel interstate to do intensive sessions (longer days over a week).  Contact us for more information.
